風車山莊度假公寓 (Windmill Upon Hills Retreat Apartments)

Bad experience & felt cheated ☹️ - advertised duplex, but only only single level. - supposed 2x queen size bed, 1x single bed but single bed was no where to be found. I hv input criteria for 4 adults & 2 children below 12 years old. - advertised has hairdryer but cannot be found in any drawers. - Given 4 pillows hard like rock & too high. Couldnt sleep. - Didnt pre-informed that require to register vehicle to get free parking. My car could enter parking but require to pay upon exit. When I asked guard at exit gate, was told must pre-register. - To check-in must collect key from letterbox, not from reception counter despite having a reception desk. Was told booking from 訂房網站 is not handled by them. 2 years ago, I hv booked 2 units Windmill upon hills with Agoda: - 1unit with 2 bedrooms (with queen size beds) - 1unit duplex with 2 bedrooms (with king size + 2 single beds). - All 2 units were in order as per advertised. - check-in was handled at reception counter with help to register my car for free parking. Explanation given on 2 keycards - for parking lift & main door access. Totally disappointed with 訂房網站. Sent me email 2.5hours before check-in at 3pm, asked me to call some international number to get instruction on check-in. Called the number, agent who picked up call spoke lousy English that I couldnt comprehend, after I repeatedly asked him how & where to check-in, he hung up on me!!!
