Toilet bowl not clean. Sound proofing not good. Door could not be bolted. Balcony door could not be locked. Reception at Level 12 causing inconveniences. Lift always crowded during peak. Room was inaccessible during check-in due to weak battery in digital lock. Additional bottled water was chargeable at RM5 per bottle despite staying for 3 nights. Victor and Zara were both patient and helpful during our stay.

5km far from Sky Avenue. Tower 3, registration at level 12 Breakfast provided with variety of foods, however long queue (maybe due to holiday weekend)

Long queue during check at receptionist, waited for almost an hour. Lift is slow because there too many floor to cater. Good point , room is clean and spacious
