房間衞生一般，服務也不好，而且雲頂再上去，其實也不太方便，那條進去的路很危險⚠️

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting. Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked. We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason. Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out. Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay,

Rooms are very spaious and nice but have funny smell in the lift and building.Toilet need to flash 2 to 3 time to get rid of the urine smell. The worst part of this 訂房網站 is customer service is so poor that I like to give 0 instead of 1.I never see shuttle bus that charge 10ringgits per person to go up to Genting highlands.When I ask customer service officer at hotel desk, they just simply said taxi also need to pay 40 ringgits so shuttle bus charges seem like no issues to them.We are family of 4 and everytime going up to Genting highlands and coming back will be 80 ringgits.Thankgod I have grab apps managed to grab. I still have a lot more things to say buffect breakfast serve the same food everyday and taste not so good .I dont even want to give 1 star for this hotel.

My kids was giving great review

Need to drive further inside from Genting Highlands and narrow roads. Rooms are (like a apartment studio like) not really like a hotel. But ok if just want a alternate stay place aside from inside Genting itself.
