The place consider good and convenient.. but the are things that are not working well like hair dryer, Aircon controller, etc.. Servicing so so as they are not interactive and responding well with WhatsApp..

The room is dual key concept. Means another room separated with the other studio unit with 2 different keys. Moreover, the main door to access these 2 rooms are not lockable. The owner did not even pick up the phone and I need to ask the owner 1 day before check-in only he replied with directions to collect the key. After returned the keys to the mailbox at GF upon checkout, I have to use the stairs to claw back to L3 lobby to pick up my car bcoz I cannot use the lift anymore without the keys.

Very Very Very BAD experience in this Unit No E7-31-03 Tower 7 Level 31 , the host text me MUST to collect deposit RM 200 only can give instructions to collect key, but once entry the unit , a lot of things damage as (picture attach) and the original view is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the website, once we call to the host for answer , he also didn’t pick up phone , also the heater is not working so we move out the unit without stay. We call 訂房網站.com for cancel and refund , they also say Cannot contact the ION Delement person in charge , even next days also call to mention CANT contact the person in charge ( is that a cooperation company cannot contact each other? ) I totally cannot accept the way they doing and answer ( Both party) Host didn’t want to pick up the phone , 訂房網站 .com say cannot contact the person in charge
