Everything is good… but the corridor is dirty cannot enjoy when go outside. All facilities provided but when I use wash machine not clean so well maybe need to be service. Hopefully can improve more good service and the staff help me change room due to our req. Thank you.

不錯哦 有的煮東西 洗衣服 玩娛樂 唯一不好就是全部廁所🚽都塞 馬桶 洗澡地方 洗手盆 廚房 都會淹水 所以比較麻煩使用 希望可以改善吧

電梯裡面有寫著什麼樓層有什麼設施，可是我們衹能去到41和42樓的設施，那些球場和ktv我們不是找不到，就是沒有開，餐館也不知道怎樣去到，這些以後要清楚註明好

Terrible condition of the unit. No response nor acknowledgement when I feedback about the condition. Door knobs missing from 2 of the rooms, lights not working, shower tap is shaky, challenge to turn on the tap, the shower and basin are choked. Bedsheets has a musky smell. One of the room the heater not working on the first day, only worked on second day when we left the heater switched om. The lift took very long during peak hours, this morning waited more than 30 minutes to take the lift. The neighbors were noisy, screaming and shouting till the wee hours (about 3-4am). Terrible experience made worse with irresponsible and unresponsive service provider! Book at your own risk!

Good: 1. The response from the admin was great—super fast and kept me updated. 2. The unit is spacious and perfect for my family of 4 adults and 3 kids. 3. The basic necessities were all good! Not so great: 1. There was a slight foul smell when we first walked in. 2. Overall cleanliness could be better. Both toilets had clogged shower areas, and there were stains here and there in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. I also want to thank the team for handling an urgent situation during my stay. My 2-year-old got locked in the bedroom, so I asked if they could come help. It took a while, and eventually, I asked if I could just break the door. They gave the green light, and we ended up only breaking the door knob. About 30 minutes later, the door was finally open. Thanks to the team! And sorry for breaking your door knob!
