Great view from the room We secured a room on a high floor with great panoramic view of genting Highlands. Check in was smooth. Clear instructions given by host. Need to give 100rm deposit for key card. Room was huge and clean. Within the condo, there are plenty of eateries. 15 mins drive to genting Highland. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here.

The facilities are good value for money. But nothing impressive. We went there to chill and my 2 year old daughter got so chilled that she started having breathing difficulties after playing in the clouds. We would appreciate if you could keep the indoor play zone open a little longer at night. 8pm is too early for some kids. Their pool bar has some nice food. I would highly recommend the indian restaurant. The manager is a lovely guy and their service was 5 stars! Loved their ambiance, Khichdi and view ❤️

Tempat kurang bersih , netflix takboleh buka. Bantal sorang 1 , lantai melekit, kerusi di balkoni dah nak rosak, banyak puntung rokok di balkoni . Parking penuh , sepatut nya khas kan parking untuk penginap setiap bilik 1 kereta, supaya tidak susah parking.

The rooms were great however cleanliness was not that good, found hairs on the bed and toilet, plates and utensils are not cleaned properly, and floor is abit dirty. Overall environment is great due to the location of the unit. The wifi is also very slow and TV operating using the wifi keep lagging, literally unable to watch a full show without it buffering every few minutes.

The service at this hotel was very poor. The air conditioning in our room was making a loud noise, and we had to wait three hours for maintenance. The only compensation offered was a room change or a late check-out, which we found unacceptable. Our elderly mother had already gone to sleep, making a room change impractical. Based on our experience, we do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Apartment comes with full kitchen facilities, and everything is working. So very happy with that. Cleanliness of the apartment in general is very questionable though. Not very clean and do take note of that. But the beds are clean so that’s a plus. Love the view and when we were there, Genting was covered in a thick fog and mist, so was very very magical and very enjoyable weather.

No hot shower in room (the hot water plug for shower not work) with the cold weather its terrible we manage with cold shower.....most of power point not work, they not provide colgate, brush, shower cap (also not mention earlier); cleanness of the room also not maintain properly...other than that the view from floor 27 was amazing with fog even in day time & also the sunrise (never miss the moment). The food also good specially in Tavern in the sky and convenient store are nearby with hotel
