位置不錯，方便，附近的生活機能也不錯，旅館的房間窗明幾淨，衛生整潔程度都好，空間大小也好，早餐也蠻豐富的，唯一的缺點就是旅館外面晚上11點之前都有非常吵雜的音樂大聲喧嚷，會影響下塌的居住品質。

房間超級好，乾淨整潔，很新，位置也很好，離tunjungan 商場很近，出門就是繁華的商業街，很多咖啡廳，小店，非常方便，早餐也可以在天台吃，露天室內都可以，以後每次來泗水都住這裡

Overall OK, good location, easy access & so many cafe nearby. Even the breakfast also so good like so many local foods that can try. Just one thing no iron inside the room & asking to send iron to room they just take note but not send the iron .

飯店位置很好，服務人員態度好。房間舒適好眠。但是沒有任何紙本或電視螢幕有各樓層介紹。為了確認早餐樓層和使用時間，遍尋不著。早餐確實豐富美味。但令我訝異的是房間竟然有蟑螂出沒！

- hotel di pusat kota surabaya tengah - hotel baru tetapi tidak terlalu besar - fasilitas lengkap - staff ramah - harga ekonomis - makanan enak dan banyak pilihan - view bagus - lift estetik - dekat dengan yang jual makanan - lokasi mudah dijangkau - kekurangannya sanitasi kurang bagus. Kloset tersumbat oleh karena itu aliran air kecil. Kamar mandi menggenang sepertinya saluran pembuangan airnya kurang besar.

Easy access to Surabaya biggest tourist spot, the Jalan Tunjungan.Very nice location, no noise. But I felt that the hotel was a bit dark. It was just my preference. I like bright alleys and rooms.

There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.
