其他都很好，也沒有收我的城市稅，但是就是熱那亞太熱了，每天起來床單都是濕的，夢迴80年代

Очень чистый и уютный отель в ретро-стиле в старинном красивом доме (парадная и лифт тоже порадовали,стильно и красиво)) всего в 5 минутах от жд станции Brignole 😉Сам номер красиво обставлен в том же ретро-стиле,есть холодильник,TV,кофемашина,чайник,система кондиционирования)Единственный минус-наши окна выходили на жд пути,где часто проходят поезда)Однако это не стало для нассерьезным неудобством и общее впечатление от отеля не испортило)В соседней комнате утром и вечером можно перекусить: доступны кофе/чай/ вода,печенье/кексы)Очень приветливые и доброжелательные администраторы)Рекомендую!

Room was very clean. The owner was very kind, welcoming, and friendly. We also got a free breakfast as well. If you have any question regarding Genoa, she will do her best to help you out. Also you can keep your bag in the place after checkout as well. 100% Recommend.

Неожиданно отличное расположение отеля, рядом со станцией откуда очень удобно было отправляться на Чинкве Терре. В шаговой доступности центр города. В отеле чистота и спокойствие, в номере есть кофе машина. Рекомендую👌

The building is nicely located - 5 mins walk to Genova Brignole Station, few mins to Via San Vicenzo. It is a historical palazzo with very nice entryway and public spaces. The rooms itself was tidy and nice, with a beautiful balcony. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided useful informations on the city, also some extras to the room like cookies :)

기차역에서 가깝고 큰 마트도 근처에 있습니다. 정말 친절하게 체크인 도와주셨고 룸 컨디션은 가격대 그 이상입니다. 깨끗하고 시설도 좋습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

Хороший номер, отель недалеко от вокзала, это плюс, но рядом с жд путями. Я спал спокойно и не слышал поездов, но может быть вы спите более чутко. В комнате очень высокие потолки, что прикольно, но мобильный кондиционер из-за этого едва справляется с охлаждением. Эффект от него есть, просто не такой сильный как хотелось бы. В остальном по оснащению номера вопросов нет. Кровать комфортная и удобная. Не понравилась какая-то излишне сложная система с заселением. Сначала идешь в какую-то одну дверь, потом тебя ведут куда-то в другое место. Благо это один раз всего происходит, так что не смертельно.

It’s a very nice apartment hotel but there was no one at reception when we checked in and checked out. We got lucky that a delivery guy let us into the building when we arrived. That would have been helpful to know beforehand. On the plus it is an excellent location to get to the train station and also not far to walk to the city centre (about 15 minute).

I won’t lie finding the hotel and getting into the building was quite difficult. Us personally have had much experience with finding tricky hotels and navigating through directions. But the communication with the hotel host was terrible. Their buzzer was broken so we stood outside for 40 minutes texting and calling the host to receive no response. It was only 4pm as well we arrived at the correct time and did everything properly. We had to get someone else to open the door for us and guide us where to go. He even called the host and nothing. Until the neighbouring hotel staff helped us check it out our hotel. It was very frustrating as we had a long travel day beforehand. It was as though they forgot about us checking in. I personally am quite an understandable person but this was absolutely ridiculous. We called and texted for 40 minutes and did not receive a response. The other hotel had to check us in and help us to our room. I would not recommend this hotel as the staff were no where to be seen the entire time and the way they treated us. It was unbelievable especially for the proceed paid.
