El Hotel se encuentra muy bien situado en el centro . Las habitaciones limpias y confortables de buen tamañao, el personal de recepcion muy serviciales y el de la cafeteria tambien . nos ayudaron a pedir cena ya que llegamos muy tarde y ya estabacerrado el servicio, excelente servico muy recomendable !!!!

We booked a room in this hotel after looking at photos online. After checking in we went to our room and sadly we were severely disapointed. The room itself was small , dark and the only window looked into a back alley. The bed had dirty marks on it and the shower room also had quite a few stains. Having spent well over 500 pound for a 3 night stay we expected better. We decided to complain at the front desk and were given the option to change rooms. Upon entering the 2nd room it initially appeared better, despite further stains on the wall under the window. However with little other options ,as almost every other hotel surrounding us was fully booked, we agreed to change rooms. On the positive the bed was very comfortable, the room was bright and the hotel was centrally located.
However cleanliness seems to be an issue in this hotel and this was further highlighted when we found 2 pairs of dirty underwear left by the previous guests still in the wardrobe. If we were to visit again we would not stay here and thought that it was poor value for money.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay: staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the bath divine, the room great and the location great. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety and good quality. The whole place is sparkling clean.
Would definitely stay there again.
