十分不錯的酒店，房間整潔乾淨，早餐也很豐富，離市中心衹要5分鐘的路程，極其方便。 Genova 一切都很便宜，在街邊咖啡廳化1,5歐元可喝上一杯cappuccino, 超市裡大瓶的660ml的義大利啤酒也衹有1,3歐元, 礦泉水衹需0,15歐元. 在中歺館 6 歐元可以吃一盤炒菜或兩個紅燒獅子頭，所有這些在上海是無法想象的.

服務很好，早餐簡單但是很乾凈。房屋整潔面積也夠，有陽台景觀也不錯。入住已經凌晨了但是接待的小哥哥還是很熱心負責！陳設較新空調巨給力。

Excellent location. Most of the employees were friendly. The room was somewhat dirty despite its good appearance. The noise from the refrigerator was somewhat noisy.

El Hotel se encuentra muy bien situado en el centro . Las habitaciones limpias y confortables de buen tamañao, el personal de recepcion muy serviciales y el de la cafeteria tambien . nos ayudaron a pedir cena ya que llegamos muy tarde y ya estabacerrado el servicio, excelente servico muy recomendable !!!!

We booked a room in this hotel after looking at photos online. After checking in we went to our room and sadly we were severely disapointed. The room itself was small , dark and the only window looked into a back alley. The bed had dirty marks on it and the shower room also had quite a few stains. Having spent well over 500 pound for a 3 night stay we expected better. We decided to complain at the front desk and were given the option to change rooms. Upon entering the 2nd room it initially appeared better, despite further stains on the wall under the window. However with little other options ,as almost every other hotel surrounding us was fully booked, we agreed to change rooms. On the positive the bed was very comfortable, the room was bright and the hotel was centrally located. However cleanliness seems to be an issue in this hotel and this was further highlighted when we found 2 pairs of dirty underwear left by the previous guests still in the wardrobe. If we were to visit again we would not stay here and thought that it was poor value for money.
