excelente hotel com muita simpatia na recepção e quartos muito limpos. Estava frio quando chegamos mas dentro do hotel estava na temperatura ideal, no quarto tava tao agradável que nem precisamos ligar o aquecimento do quarto mas acredito que quem é friorentos ficaria bem quentinho. Gostamos muito e voltariamos a nos hospedar com certeza 👍

The location is so bad. For those traveling many cities in Europe and just stopping by Genoa, I would not recommend here. It’s too far from city center or station and very inconvenient to reach. Hotel amenities are so limited considering the is Mercure. While this may not be this hotel problem, but workers in cafeteria are discriminating against Asians. It might be common in Europe.

Spacious free car parking which we like the most. Other than that the room quite old however overall service is not that bad. To pull for a night just for sleep is fine

作為中轉站OK的 離高速路口近，但要去市區不方便，uber也沒有 公交也很慢不方便我們是開車去的………20分鐘 也不方便。

酒店的位置比較偏，房間設施老舊，馬桶上面沒擦乾淨，不知道什麼東西在上面，早餐也很簡單！好的是洗澡水大，安靜，停車免費！如果開車趕路睡一覺還行！
