My friend and I arrived at the hotel at around 1:30 p.m. on 17 June 2026. The receptionist was on the phone the whole time, and we waited next to the front desk for at least 10 minutes before he finally finished the call and started our check-in. We understood that it was still before the official check-in time, so we clearly told him that if the room was not ready, we could either wait downstairs or leave our luggage at reception. The receptionist said he would check for us and called the cleaning staff upstairs. After the call, he told us that our room was ready and that we could go up directly. He then gave us the room key card. However, when we arrived at the room, we found a staff member still cleaning inside. She told us that the cleaning had not been finished yet, so we had no choice but to wait in the corridor upstairs for at least another five minutes. Up to this point, the situation was still acceptable. However, the most unacceptable and frustrating incident happened on the morning of 18 June. At around 11:40 a.m., before the official check-out time of 12:00 p.m., the door of our room was opened by two unknown white male guests, and they directly entered the room. They were also carrying suitcases, and they had entered by using a room key card. We were all extremely embarrassed and shocked. They told us that the front desk had told them the room was ready and that they could come upstairs. How could the front desk give the key card of our room to the next guests while the previous guests had not even checked out yet? It was not even the check-out time, so how could our room door be opened by another guest’s key card? After those two men left, my friend and I quickly packed our things and prepared to check out. However, at around 11:48 a.m., a cleaner also opened our door directly with a key card and entered the room. This means that within less than 10 minutes, while guests were still staying in the room and before the official check-out time, our room door was opened twice by other people using key cards. I find it extremely difficult to understand how a chain hotel could make such a basic and serious mistake. This has also made me seriously question the safety of staying at this hotel brand in the future. I travel very often, and I have never experienced anything like this anywhere in the world. This was already my third time visiting France, but it was the first time I had ever encountered such a serious safety issue. I strongly advise everyone, especially female travellers, not to stay at this hotel. This hotel clearly cannot guarantee that your room is safe.

Excellent hôtel en terme de confort, parking attenant à l’établissement. Par contre la taxe de séjour n’est conséquente avec des taxes qui s’additionnent (taxe départementale, régionale, régionale de mobilité…)
