酒店位置還行，離火車站5分鐘。但是房間很久，很多地方都有一層灰，感覺很久沒人住過了。燈光也很昏暗，不是很舒服。還好衹住一晚。

I went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by 訂房網站.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by 訂房網站 of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on 訂房網站.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received. I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.

Hotel localizado numa zona muito tranquila e central.. Muito perto da estação de comboios de Cornavin, o que facilita a viagem de e para o aeroporto (8 minutos de viagem). Staff muito simpático. A referir que não responderam a alguns emails que enviei.
