От вокзала 10 минут пешком, до озера 5 минут - это единственные преимущества. Сам отель расположен в неудачном месте. Отель очень посредственный. Номер был большим, чайника нет, лосьона для тебя тоже не было. Завтрак очень скудный и не вкусный, не стоит своих денег. Овощей нет, из горячих блюд была только картошка и скрэмбл, но очень странного цвета и не вкусный. Сыр (вкусный), прошутто (не вкусно), круассан, не свежие панкейки и йогурт - все, больше нет ничего.

이스트웨스트라는 이름답게 내부에 아시아 문화가 짬뽕된듯한.. 장식품, 인테리어가 많아서 뭔가 친근감이 느껴졌어요. 방은 크지도 작지도 않지만 있을건 다 있었고 와 너무 좋다도 아니지만 특별히 불편함 없이 이용했어요. 레만호와 정말 가까워서 걸어서 금방이었고 위치에도 만족했습니다. 프론트 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 인사도 잘해주시고 다들 웃으면서 대해주셔서 좋았습니다.

good position and envieonment, not far from the big bridge and the fourtain. the room is quiet and comfortable. window facing a street so can have a distant view. i love the arts on the wall. and the hotel services are nice. i got a cup of lattie taken to my breakfest table every morning.

Although I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)

이스트웨스트라는 이름답게 내부에 아시아 문화가 짬뽕된듯한.. 장식품, 인테리어가 많아서 뭔가 친근감이 느껴졌어요. 방은 크지도 작지도 않지만 있을건 다 있었고 와 너무 좋다도 아니지만 특별히 불편함 없이 이용했어요. 레만호와 정말 가까워서 걸어서 금방이었고 위치에도 만족했습니다. 프론트 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 인사도 잘해주시고 다들 웃으면서 대해주셔서 좋았습니다.
