B-Hotel is a solid budget option in Kuchai Lama. I booked it for my guest, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The location is very convenient — surrounded by eateries, convenience stores, and easy access to public transport. What stood out was the helpfulness of the staff. They were friendly and assisted us with some additional requests without any hassle. The room was clean, basic, and comfortable enough for a short stay. Great value for money if you're looking for an affordable place with good service in Kuala Lumpur.

這次住宿體驗實在太差，必須給大家避避雷。這家酒店，説是酒店，實則更像由很差的民宿改裝而成。一晚130 - 150元的價格並不便宜，然而周邊有很多性價比遠超它的住處。走進房間，入目皆是陳舊與破敗。屋內沒有衣櫃，衹有幾個掛在臟兮兮牆壁上的衣架，洗好掛上去的衣服衹會越變越臟。空調是壞的，連面板都沒有，即便有遙控器也無法操控。床單、床罩和枕頭佈滿汙跡，床頭櫃同樣臟汙不堪。電視我都沒敢打開，其款式看起來像是五六十年代的老古董。熱水器無法燒熱水，得去公共走廊燒水。洗漱用品僅有一塊肥皂，沒有洗頭液和洗衣液，拖鞋、浴巾、牙刷一概沒有。清晨6點，附近穆斯林做祈禱的聲音吵得人根本無法安睡。房門還是用鑰匙開啟，使用起來極為不便。牆壁凹凸不平，還不斷掉灰，地板也滿是灰塵，沒脫鞋在屋內走一圈，腳底就沾滿沙塵。照明衹有兩條光管，電線還是明線，看著就讓人擔憂安全問題。總之，我非常不建議大家來這裡住。同時也想勸勸老闆，抓緊時間對酒店進行改造升級，不然以這樣的條件收一百多塊，實在是太坑消費者了。在別的地方，花同樣的錢，能享受到比這好得多的住宿條件。所以，準備選擇住處的顧客們，一定要慎重考慮啊！

Very disappointed with their services. Their beds full of bed bug. It bite my whole body, whole nite I didn't sleep because of that. I asked them to change room but they didn't do that. Lift was not working, they not even try to fix it. We used staircase even it was emergency. Toilet not clean and got urine smell.

飯店隔音差，又離市區很遠，只有臨近巴士站，第一天定房問可不可以續住同一間房，櫃檯說不行，行李要搬出來，押金第一天收馬幣20。第二天櫃檯問我要不要住同一間房，又說押金馬幣50，我說前一天收20，沒退所以收30，第三天退30！說第一天沒付押金。真的很不友善，到退押金時說第一天沒付

The location is in front of the bus station is the only advantage other than that. Nothing the washroom door doesn't close the water heater. It's look dangerous with this electrical wire.
