Good location. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations. While the location was convenient, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. The cleanliness could have been much better, and several amenities listed in the description were either unavailable or not working properly. Communication with the host was also slower than expected, making it difficult to resolve issues during my stay. I have to personally get them thru WhatsApp to have passkeys almost reach check-in time. What a good hospitality services… The accommodation looked better in the photos than in reality. Floor trap stuck and bad smell all around living area and bedrooms, floor doesn’t clean well, ants everywhere, washing machine pipe leaking, common bedroom aircon not cold enough. What’s the point to have washing machine but no place to dry our clothes… I hope the host will take these comments constructively and make improvements for future guests. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Arrived at 6:20pm, no check in instructions or emails. Called and emailed property, no response and only answering machine. Left so many messages till the voice mail is full. Had no choice, went for dinner nearby. After dinner, still no response. Called 訂房網站.com and they are helpful, but they cannot contact the property too. Went to a nearby ice cream shop to wait, and already started looking for alternative lodging. Finally at 9:00pm WhatsApp came with the check in instructions. Total time wasted almost 3 hours. I cannot believe a property can be so irresponsible. If we have elderly or small children, we will be so helpless in this situation. The property offer to let us check out at 2pm the next day. But I receive message for us to checkout at 12 the next day. Total confusion but we still checked out at 12. My advice to the property, if you are not up to it, don’t do it. You caused so much inconvenience and this is the last and final time we are visiting your property.

The location is great. Would be better if they had: 1) Provided toilet paper, 2) Air freshener for the toilet, 3) clearer instructions to get to the place.

Place is convenient with lots of food around. Unfortunately, there were no daily necessities provided so have to bring ur own.

Overall good experience. The area very chill. Good for a short staycation.
