衞生真的一般，衞生間洗漱台有頭髮，地上還有一衹死蟑螂😢 前台接待處乍一看很高大上，但是辦理速度較慢！ 早餐質量很一般，周圍餐館不多

I got dirty room and have air-conditioning problem. The foreign technician cannot do anything about the air-conditioning. I demanded to change another room but they told all room fully booked. Their solution just gave small portable air-conditioning. This issue solve around 3am. Very bad experience for me. The breakfast also does not had many option like other hotel. Very disappointed.

It was very simple hotel, TV not working, no hand towels, no room service on daily stays No WI-FI, whixh was bizarre..it said when booking , free wifi in rooms. When we aksed they said sorry we dont have any. They had 3 elevators but only 1 worked, occasionally 2..it took forever to go up and down.. Breakfast was offered nice as per diet , nice staff as breakfast area👌.

At first. The staff assign me the room that with malfunction lock, the cassette AC not closed probably. Staff was not willing to change until I insisted. The second room Aircond Is not cold until we falsleep due to we were too tired Bathroom amenities not complete, no tissue provided No pleasant stay in this hotel and won’t back

I booked 3rooms,after check in,one room no air-conditioning,terrible hot inside room,asked for exchange room reception said full house,complained with front desk,their staff just ignored my request.after 5-6times complaint n asked for refund my payment ,their staff just agreed to send me portable fans to reduce my hot temperature in room !!!! Then my another room also worst experience,that room was never cleaned up,housekeeping forgot it,asked for services also ignored by reception n housekeeping!!! Really terrible n worst hotel !!!

Everything was okay, the room and bed big.. but the room at luggage area smell something like socks maybe can clean that area or put some air freshener , bathroom okay very clean, exhaust fan in bathroom not working
