衞生真的一般，衞生間洗漱台有頭髮，地上還有一衹死蟑螂😢 前台接待處乍一看很高大上，但是辦理速度較慢！ 早餐質量很一般，周圍餐館不多

I had a pleasant stay at Kingston Hotel 16 in Johor Bahru. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and the hotel is a decent choice for a short stay or business 訂房網站. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, I could only find one power socket in the room for charging my devices, which was quite inconvenient, especially when you have multiple devices to charge. Secondly, no bottled mineral water was provided in the room, as shown in the attached photo. However, the hotel does provide a water dispenser on every floor, which is a practical and environmentally friendly alternative. Apart from these minor shortcomings, my overall experience was positive. Hopefully, the management can consider providing more accessible power sockets to make the stay even more convenient for guests. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t mind coming back again!

I thought I booked an affordable normal room but I got this incredible AirBnB style suite on the top floor! So huge, new and well equipped. Sofa bed, king bed, kitchenette, dining area and enormous bathroom. Whole suite double the size of normal hotel room of this price range in JB, honestly the best peaceful luxury hotel stay I've had in years. Definitely will book many weekend staycations for weeks and months to come 👍😊

Lokasi berdekatan dengan bandar Gelang Patah, Iskandar Puteri, PTP dan laluan ke Singapore. Bangunan hotel yang berdekatan kemudahan kedai dobi, speedmart, kedai makan dll. Mudah akses. Bilik luas, selesa. Kekurangannya, tiada housekeeping kemas bilik time hari kedua stay. Parking berbayar untuk guests, rm5 sehari. Cuma nak keluar parking tu leceh sikit, sebab nak kena inform kat kaunter dulu setiap kali nak keluar. Mungkin management boleh upgrade sistem untuk keselesaan guests akan datang.

I got dirty room and have air-conditioning problem. The foreign technician cannot do anything about the air-conditioning. I demanded to change another room but they told all room fully booked. Their solution just gave small portable air-conditioning. This issue solve around 3am. Very bad experience for me. The breakfast also does not had many option like other hotel. Very disappointed.
