Cukup memuaskan perjalanan liburan akhir tahun dengan keluarga. Sayangnya ukuran ranjang twin bedx kecil .

Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan 2 hari 2 malam menginap di Riss Malioboro Hotel.. Pelayanan super ramah, tempat bersih dan berkelas, fasilitas lengkap dan terawat dengan sangat baik, makanan sangat enak dan variatif, lokasi yang strategis dekat dengan Malioboro dan stasiun Yogyakarta.. Saya sangat merekomendasikan untuk menginap di hotel ini.. Next time jika ada kesempatan ke Jogja lagi besar kemungkinan akan menginap di Riss Malioboro Hotel lagi.. Terimakasih banyak seluruh staff Riss Malioboro Hotel atas pelayanannya :)

Untuk kedepannya tidak akan menginap disini lagi. Pengalaman kurang menyenangkan, lift sensornya kurang peka, anak sy terjepit pintu lift pas mau naik lt 2, pdhl ddepan lift ada 2 petugas yg jaga. Bener2 bikin trauma.

Gewoon een goed een hotel met goed eten in de ochtend en in de avond, de kamers zijn schoon en voorzien van als wat je nodig heb. De binnen komst is echt geweldig heel mooi gedaan met de gastvrijheid die je echt overal krijg in Indonesië☺️. Je zit vlak bij de treinstation wat handig is maar ook echt wel voor wat geluid zorg. Echt wel een aanrader als je in de buurt ben

De personeels waren supper aardig. Bij het ontbijt, een keer kwam een kakkerlak uit de koffirzetapoaraat, de personeel deed hem weg en ging verder alsof er niks aan de hand is. En de andere keer was de melk bij het apparaat bedorven.

This hotel is just a stone throw away from the train station. If you are a light sleeper, may not be suitable as you will hear train passing by on/off. The sound proofing of the room is not good. From the exterior, the hotel looks well maintained; the interior actually quite dated. You can hear next door neighbour hanging clothes and doors closing and opening. The room is comfortable and clean (as they are not using carpet). The cleanliness in the toilet needs to be improved. Found some ants at the sink but can't find where ants came from. The downside of the shower area is that there is no shower curtain; therefore the floor can be quite wet after shower. The breakfast spread is quite good, with lots of local food. Staff are very polite and welcoming 👍
