Sangat puas menginap disini.. Suasana nyaman, tata ruang dan pengaturan warna serta dekorasi sangat bagus dan menarik, eye catching banget.. Kamarnya comfy, bgitu masuk lgsg suka, bagus banget. Lgsg ke trans Icon mall,, bs cuci mata dan cari makan dg mudah.. Pertama kali menginap disini (dapat upgrade kamar, tq so much), bakal balik lagi bila k Surabaya..

Nice hotel modern upmarket solid Indonesian brand few teething issues with it being new i am sure they will sort out eventually only thing i can take away was pool was a bit too busy with kids… also felt a bit dangerous so many kids running around unattended and so high up

The place is good, there's a mall connected to the hotel. The pool is nice but so windy. There's a playground and a nice gym. What I don't like is the carpark that is combined with the mall make it hard to find a place and the lift is often slow and crowded. The pool is also so crowded maybe because it's still the opening period. Breakfast is nice with varios of food.

Lovely property! Thank you for such a nice stay. Room was spacious, super clean and bed was comfortable. Pool area although busy had a great view and not so deep for swimming. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful variety.
