紐卡斯爾碼頭邊萊昂納多酒店 (Leonardo Hotel Newcastle Quayside)

服務態度好，位置近河，在房間可以見到日落，普通英式基本早餐都唔錯，房內無拖鞋或樽裝水供應亦無牙刷提供，要自己預備，另外酒店有停車場，£8.9可以泊過夜，但泊停車位不多，泊滿了就要去附近公眾停車場泊或者在酒店旁邊有咪錶可以泊車，但貴小小，整體都好好，價錢唔貴，下次再來都會選擇再住

Upon checking in the lade receptionist was quite rude to us never smiled either . In the evening we went to eat in the bar salad came with mud still on the leaves which then put us off our meals, I asked for refund . Receptionist came refunded our salad but not once from the restaurant staff or the receptionist did I receive an apology which is unheard of . Later I asked same receptionist for a late checkout as being a Leonardo Hotels member you can get this free of charge he said yes I shall mark that down. Today at 10am I was wanting to check that the evening receptionist had noted it down luckily I had checked as he hadn't even done it . The lady receptionist had to put it on . Would I stay again absolutely not .

Had an enjoyable stay. Nice hotel and staff were very pleasant.

酒店位於辦公區，並不在紐卡斯爾市區，不過也不遠、樓下停車位比較緊張，入住比較晚，所以沒有地方停，停在了距離酒店走路6-7分鐘別的停車場，總體來説還算可以，早餐沒問題

Modern hotel, located on the Quayside in Gateshead, with views of Newcastle City Centre, The Tyne and the Millennium Bridge. The hotel car park was full on arrival and we had to park at another Car Park five minutes walk away, which the receptionist suggested, at a cost of £5.90 for 12 hours and then extend for a further four hours to avoid a penalty ticket. Suggestion. Perhaps the hotel could negotiate a preferential or discounted rates for their guests! First impressions of the reception and bar areas were favourable. However, things deteriorated after this. The hotel looks tired and needs some investment in the bedrooms. The corridor on the second floor was dirty and didn’t appear to have been vacuumed that day. Rooms were small and basic. A Double and a single bed have been crammed into the room, which didn’t leave a great deal of floor space. Perhaps, this is so they can accommodate coach parties. No safe in the room or even a box of tissues. Bath was chipped, wood surrounding the bath had been replaced at some point, by a five year old child, judging by the quality of the work. Bathroom mirror needed replacing, as the silver reflective coating was flaking. Breakfast buffet was adequate, but not worth the money being charged. Hot food, but no vegetarian options, other than mushrooms or potatoes or remnants of scrambled egg. Not a Four Star experience, despite four stars outside the Main entrance. I’ve stayed in better three star hotels

房間乾淨衞生，床品舒適，環境很好，窗外景色很美，早餐很棒，餐廳服務員人都很好，對孩子很有愛心，服務人員非常熱情，態度很友好，幫忙打車，還幫忙解決了入住等許多問題，非常推薦國內的朋友入住。想送給溫柔善良的前台小姐姐一件禮物，沒來得及。希望以後有機會，見到前台小姐姐再送給她。

One of my favourite hotels for a great stay . The rooms are so spacious. Got a beautiful room overlooking the tyne river.

Nice, big and clean room! Good showers. Very comfy.

Good location, only 10 minutes walking distance from good restaurants. Very nice bed and shower. Good breakfast as well but the gluten-free options were very very limited.
