The room View is amaizing its what it says on the tin however if you are a sensitive sleeper there is a pump that goes all nightfrom the near by dock. You would assume the room is sealed to all types of noise from the outside. The bathroom is not great at all small and rusty shower pipes No robes or slippers inthe room- atleast say when booking so that you know what to expect. Breakfast ok- unfortunately some flies wouldn’t leave our table alone Hospitality great, they changed our bedding both nights Overall- the worst Hilton I have stayed in and such a Hilton fun but this 訂房網站 taught me it’s probably just the name.

Absolutely perfect for anyone attending a concert at the nearby concert venue (glasshouse) . Steep surrounding walkways/pavements may be an issue for some people with lesser mobility.

The hotel was in a good location with views of the river. The Windows on Tyne bar was good, service was excellent. I needed to ring duty manager twice about some minor glitches and he & she were courteous, helpful and sorted the problems immediately. Checking out was very easy too. In all I would definitely recommend the hotel

I booked this hotel twice by accident because the 訂房網站 key button did not work. They were very rude and condescending when explaining to me that I needed to go back to the third-party agent. The latter then told me to go back to the hotel and I just went from one side to the other. it was just an accident I don’t know why they were so insistent in not refunding me.
