鳶尾花園酒店 (Iris Garden Inn)

We were pretty dissatisfied as the hotel has a hidden pet fee of $53.50, which is nowhere to be found on their website, booking confirmation, or any material that the staff was able to show us when we asked where we were supposed to find this info. Their website says they're a pet friendly hotel and on their policy page, it simply says 2 pets allowed (dogs only), with no mention of a fee. Upon arrival and when they made us pay this at their register, we asked about cancelling due to this since we're only staying for one night, but they said they will not refund any amount from our online booking, so we were forced to pay the fee to not lose all of our money. This is illegal and we've reported them for it.

A few things .. Checkin lady was very nice and helpful the complete stay. Room 225 * Smell was horrible. After the 1st night I finally found the problem. The small fridge had rotten ice cream sandwiches. Closet door handle was broke off . And left behind ice bucket Inside the side table we found the alarm clock and old food wrappers On bed skirt . I don't even wanna know what's on it Something nasty on the blind . Mirror..sink front and bathroom door There is a dental stick in the window seal I left it there looks pretty old. They charge you a 50 dollar damage deposit that's the only reason I really took notice of all the issues besides the smell cause that you couldn't miss. When I 1st went down to say something about these things the 2 ladies at the desk seemed offended that I was saying something about it . ( this was before I found the smell myself) Once I found the smell and we went back to desk the original lady that checked us in was at the desk and I asked her to have the fridge removed . The room smells alot better. Anyway. Unfortunately. I would not stay here again and don't recommend.
