We stayed for one day and the experience was not good. When we came back from beach we asked for the hot water but it's available only in the morning for two hours. We requested them to provide it on pay basis but they denied for that. There is nothing in the room apart from useless bed, poor quality bedsheets, pillows and one teapoy. It's like typical lodge where truck drivers stay.

The hotel was at a very convenient location. Convenient distance from ganpatipule temple, kokan museum and kavi keshavsoot smarak. The restaurants too are nearby. Room was basic and the washroom was clean. I will definitely recommend this place

The location is perfect and just like the name of the hotel. At the center of all tourist attractions. Hotel is located in a calm place but just few min away from the busy main road which make it easy for travel. Beach and temple are at 10-15 min walk. The best part is they also have rental bike service so it's easy and convenient to take and drop bike and the rate is as per market rate. The owner also guides you with locations and places to visit. There is enough food options nearby and space for parking. Overall, a good and comfortable stay. They also allowed early check-in, arranged for travel to station while checkout. Overall they do the best to ensure your experience is good.

I stayed in center point residency on 訂房網站 to ganpatipulem on 27th which was booked thr mmt. Hotel is situated away from temple and other city. Rates are very exorbitant compared with quality of room. Tv not working. Ac was good. Hotel lobby is open to road and is unsafe during night that any stranger or stray dogs can enter the lobby only food items are available on order. Limited parking.
