excellent location close to mg marg heart of the gangtok city . one of the best hotel in this Vicinity ***** with lift facilities, nice hospitality . Have been existing customers & keep visiting this property since last 4 to 5 years when use to be known as Jewel of East & spa.

Location is excellent. The building is five stories high, but no arrangement of lift. Room service is also very poor. Being an aged person with arthritis i requested a lower floor room, but was allotted a room in highest floor.

Room shown in pictures wasn’t same as we got moreover hot water issues were there while bathing. Room was too small but pictures showed bigger rooms.

Excellent location of property. It is just above mg road. We could observe new year celebrations at mg road from our window. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Warm water was available 24 hrs. Staff of the hotel were very co- operative and courteous.

The location was super it was 5 mins max walking distance from mail. As per request we got a good service from hotel. So i fully recommended this hotel in future hope i will be there again

Stayed there for 3 nights, the room was outstanding. Very clean and located in a descent location. The location is great, one can easily view mg marg from window.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Ots right in the middle of mg marg - 1 minute walk will take you to mg marg. The studio balcony room has kanchenjunga views from 3rd floor onwards. Service is also satisfactory.
