The property is nice however the staff is not that helpful, had a bad experience as after dinner and chilling for sometime in the common area, when we went back to room, someone did puke there. We tried reaching the staff but couldnt and we ended up sleeping in the common room

Best hotel for bachelors. Relaxation at a beautiful peak and best place to chilll. Clean and comfy hotel in city centre we had a wonderful stay in charming hotel arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderful l breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre.

Very small room. Tv and kettle not working. Rude and ignorant receptionist. Very bad service. I have visited zostel at various locations and this was the worst experience. Luxury hotels available at way better location at cheaper price than this.

Zostel gangtok is good overall. Cafe can be improved. It's a bit far away from mg road, but there are a lot of taxis going in front of the zostel, so no issues in transportation.

the location, amenities, and the room were well dingy. there was no housekeeping at all. don't even talk about the vibe of the zostel, only men drinking on the upper floor, that's all. honestly it was more creepy and unsafe than vibrant and happening. at the price it was awful. if i hadn't done a non refundable booking i would have not checked in. the overall quality of the zostel was below average,
