Stay was pathetic. We paid for premium rooms but were accommodated in normal rooms. Though we told them that we have paid for premium rooms but our request fell into deaf ear. Food was not upto mark. Even the hotel was not properly visible and when we reached Gangtok we called them several times but the call was unanswered. It took us more than 30 mins to locate the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near MG Marg. I walked there every day for five days! A taxi ride to Deorali Bazar costs just 25 rupees. The rooms were spotless, and the room service was always prompt. If you're planning a staycation, I highly recommend booking a premium room to enjoy stunning views of the mountains. A special thanks to Anil for making the entire experience even more exceptional! The hotel is conveniently located near MG Marg I walked there every day for five days! Absolutely amazing. Wonderful staff. Clean hotel. Fantastic rooms. 24hrs running hot water. Smart tv. Good view. Lift available. Delicious food. Great room service. One must try this hotel in gangtok.
