位置距離一般～離海邊較遠。房間一些細節的衞生搞得不是很好，例如我們這次住的通往洗漱間的門，居然都是塵…唯一比較厲害的設備是自帶一台乾衣機，但一次衹能掛3件衣服。早上會提供一些簡單早餐，米飯、小菜、海帶湯，可以自己煎蛋，也有一台機可以自己買泡麵，可是不接受現金也不能用visa…

룸 컨디션이 좋았고, 간단하게 제공되는 무료 조식이 맛있었습니다.(추석 당일에는 송편도 제공되었음) 스타일러 성능도 좋아서 외식 후 잘 활용했습니다. 전반적으로 만족스럽게 2박 하고 왔고, 다음에도 강릉 가게 되면 숙박 예약할 의향이 있습니다.

출장지 업무보는 곳과 너무 가깝고 좋습니다. 또한 스타일러까지 구비되어 있어서 지난밤에 옷에 베인 냄새까지 해결. 늦잠으로 못먹긴 했지만 아침식사까지. 강릉 출장에는 정말 추천할만한 곳입니다.

1년정도 된 곳이라 깨끗하고 정말 좋았습니다. 조식을 먹으려고했으나... 잠을 못이겨서 조식은 못먹었지만 다음에 또 와서 조식도 먹어보려구요! 좋은여행에 좋은추억으로 남았습니다. 스타일러도 있어서 쾌적했습니다

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood of Gangneung, not close to the main centers of interest of many tourists. The hotel itself is quite new and modern and clean. The check-in is not open until 4pm, however you can self check-in earlier on a kiosk for an additional cost. I really appreciated the possibility to do a laundry for free, in my case it was needed. The bathroom is equipped with smart toilet which is nice. A complete Korean breakfast is offered in the morning. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and cafes

이곳 브라운도트, 참 깨끗하고 넓고 편리한 숙소네요 ㅎ 가족 4명이 설명절에 강릉에 와서 자녀들은 스카이베이호텔에 2박하고, 우리 부부는 이곳 브라운도트에서 2박 했는데, 두배보다 더 비싼 스카이베이 경포호텔보다 이곳 브라운도트 가 배나 더 좋았어요 ㅎ 아침 조식도 넘 맛있었다고 남편이 칭찬을 아끼지 않더군요 .......

Very spacious and clean, we have a very pleasant stay here. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Gangneung.

좋은 위치에 있는 깨끗한 신축 호텔입니다. 주변에 식당이나 카페도 많고 산책 삼아 강원대 다녀와도 좋더군요. 조식도 맛있었고 걱정했던 주차도 무리없이 했습니다. 방이나 욕실에 옷이나 수건 걸어둘 곳이 없는건 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

I booked a room for 3 people at Brown Dot Hotel Gyodong through 訂房網站. When comparing prices, I noticed that the amount charged was slightly higher than booking for 2 people, so I reasonably assumed the price already included the charge for 3 guests. However, upon arrival, the hotel manager informed me that I had to pay an additional 30,000 KRW for the third person. He said this was written on the website, but when I asked, he did not show me exactly where it was stated. I had already carefully read all the terms and conditions before booking and could not find any clear mention of this extra charge. It is frustrating that even when you are careful and read everything, this kind of unexpected fee can still happen. At that point, I could not cancel and book another hotel because the reservation was non-refundable, so I was forced to pay the extra 30,000 KRW. If this additional fee had been clearly stated in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel of similar standard. I contacted 訂房網站 about this issue, but the response was disappointing. They seemed more focused on closing the case and offered Trip Coins as compensation. I explained that it was not just about the money, but about the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled by both the hotel and the platform. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. I found a long hair in the towels provided, which was quite unpleasant. The layout of the toilet/vanity area was awkward and cramped because there were 2 doors in a small area which makes it hard to manoeuvre. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the hotel and the booking experience with 訂房網站.com. Please double-check all extra charges carefully before booking, even if you read all the terms and conditions.
