Very bad experience, Accommodation Size: We were assured a room suitable for four occupants; however, the space provided was inadequately small, making it uncomfortable for our group. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The room was in a deplorable state: Stained bed sheets Dust accumulation throughout Lack of proper ventilation Bathroom Facilities: The bathroom conditions were particularly concerning: Unhygienic environment Slippery tiles posing safety hazards Non-functional flush Insufficient water pressure FYI: breakfast will be served at their own leisure. After 9am only

Basic stay facilty. Room did not have drinking water nor they had coffee / tea maker in the room which is expected in a 2k worth room. No hand towels

The *** at reception felt offended when on reaching at hotel i intended to have a look of the room first, seeing his behaviour i agreed to the room he was about to allot us. A big gush of mosquitos entered the room the moment i opened the window ! gosh ! toilet not so clean, bed linens ok, tv did not work, restaurant opens at 8:30 am & no tea arrangement in room ?

While i understand it resides on the highway, some basic ups can be given given the price point of the rooms. Bathroom was not maintained; water was dripping from the jet spray and the switchboard was broken. That is dangerous. Rooms was unclean.
