We chose this hotel mainly because VFS Global is conveniently located downstairs in the mall, and the location made our visit extremely easy and stress-free. The services and cleanliness were above average and decent overall, making it a comfortable and practical stay for anyone visiting the area for VFS appointments.

1) The doors of the hotel do not have a soft closure. When a guest opens the door and closes it, it hits with a bang causing a lot of noise and this is very irritating and disturbed my sleep at night. I stayed on the ground floor rooms 2) We had paid for the breakfast included price, at 9 am there was some cut fruits and upma and nothing else, they were only getting it ready then, but they said the breakfast is from 7:30 to 10 am So we couldn't have a decent breakfast before heading out to work. There was no one to serve or help. At 9 a person looking like a manager showed up and when we asked for Paratha, he just didn't answer Very disappointed with the quality and service

I feel that the hotel is not upto the standards of 3 star hotel stay such few services as 1. On site dinning is poor 2. Fitness centre is not available 3. Hotel ambience is average 4. Basic amenities are not available
