    The room did not have basic things like a towel or toiletries, i had to ask them for it. The utensils in which food was served were not clean enough. I understand they are under repairs but basic hygiene should be maintained

    Very bad. The ambiance was not good, all side renovation work is going on. Rooms are not properly ventilated. Maintenance was zero.

    No lights or neon signs of the hotel, so zero visibility in locating hotel at 11 pm night time. No rooms available. An under construction room given. No hot water available. No phone, no tv. Horrible breakfast. Fruit option at cost.

    Hot water not available for bath proper staff / *** pkwer not available. Bathroom door not open after 2 hours it was opened. At the time of breakfast also no one available

    The room was not maintained. It was looking like it had not been maintained for 20years. All the bathroom appliances were having corrosion and were leaking. The flooring was damaged. All the sofas were having a blackish layer of dirt. Ever tha walls were black due to oil and dirt. The was not aesthetic at all. It was not even worth of 1000 rs and i regret the booking very much. Will not recommend to book this hotel at this price at all
