Very bad experience staying at this resort. Not worth calling this resort, it is worst than a cheap quality motel. The room, especially washroom were poorly maintained - room was ok, poor lighting and no plug for charging my cell phone, except for the one already used for the lamp. Washroom was horrible, very smelly and stains on the bathtub so felt disgusted taking shower in the morning. The toilet was leaking water on the floor after every flush which was so awful and unhygienic. The entire washroom smelled urine the whole time. There was no lock on the washroom door and no exhaust fan so that made the smell even worst. The towels were old and ripped and we got 2 small pieces of bath soaps and 2 small sachets of shampoo which looked very poor quality so decided against using them. There was no microwave in the room and ice machine is in the main office so had to walk there to full the box. The guy on the front reception was rude, no greetings whatsoever and he was on his headphones and screen at all times. Poor customer interaction and service. Breakfast was below average - just toast and cereal which was below par compared to other hotels. Never going back there again and do not recommend this place. Management should focus on cleanliness and quality and customer service.

Good value for the price. Used the pool and tennis court and air hockey. Would've played billiards, shuffleboard, and used the hot tub and sauna if had had more time. Things are a bit older but clean. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was included. So all in all a successful stay :)

Very clean and nice cool room, very quiet for the night sleep. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool. We enjoyed it. We certainly recommend to anyone.
