高威克萊頓酒店 (Clayton Hotel Galway)

停車方便，還免費，房間面積住3人打開放3個大行李箱也可以，距離中心街開車幾公里，對於自駕出行比較方便，早餐也不錯，沒有很豐富但也算滿意，就是水果品種少些。

This is my terrible experience during my Ireland 訂房網站. No aircondition, double lock out of order, iron doesnt work When we reported those issues to reception, no fixing, no room change arranged. 10mins later, they sent me an iron 😔 As viewed, the hotel lobby is nice & good beakfast. Hope they have improvement in future. 🙏

A nice hotel . We had a pleasant stay , the staff were very helpful . Mark the bar manager was a nice young man that gave us free cocktails as they were developing a new cocktail menu. … they were delicious.

Staff was wonderful so helpful 😃bed was very small

Very clean and very friendly staff but questioned me about not having paid for my room and it was paid in full through 訂房網站 very strange

Nice hotel

Man tryed to charger is 10/14e for salt He wasn't a night porter he was a manger. Purple tie..I've already explained how bad he was to this app.. the man was a very disrespectful person. And I've tryed to complain about him, and no one followed it up. To be honest he was that disrespectful we didn't want to leave the room.

It's states in the room if looking for a place to smoke,ask a member of staff to assign you to a designated area.we went down to reception and ask,the girl clearly said there was no such thing,you can't smoke on premises. Our 3rd day there were ask a staff member same question and directed us to the smoking area,we requested a late check out,which was agreed before we left.and then was told there nothing stating this on our computer when we where there booked in. So I had to prove it through my email that we where allowed a late check out. Also we asked for two bowls for our room and glasses,was told by reception they didn't have any only glasses. We said ok,drop to room. When the locket staff member called to our room unaware that they told us they had no bowls..we asked him can he gets us bowls,he said that's no problem and got them. So it's only the receptionist that was the biggest problem. Also when we were booked for late check out the day we where going the receptionist kept ringing our phone to get us put of the room.and had to tell her we rang down last night and asked the night staff to make note so we wouldn't be interrupted by phone class to get out of the room. They kept ringing until we answered,.and had to explain everything again. So when we where leaving to go down the lift with our bags, they turned of the card so we couldn't use it. Even though we made it clear we had a late check out. Felt like the receptionist had a problem with us. I can't understand and it was unpleasant,because you have to walk past them coming into the hotel.

room had a musty smell, suspected the carpet. Rooms were spacious and big. Service was just okay.
