The hotel was NOT at fault here. The fault lies solely with 訂房網站 who sold the booking to another site who refused to give the hotel my contact details. The hotel was therefore unable to inform me that my booking had been moved to another hotel in the group, hotel Fly. I was confronted with a locked door when I arrived and when I finally got through to someone I was asked to go to Hotel Fly.
I will never use 訂房網站 again as they soured what was till then a very enjoyable stay in Italy.
