I would say just book it and forget about it. They will take care of everything. Cant see a better five star hotel than this. Also they celebrated my birthday as well. The cake was totally amazing!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa, so much so that I ended up extending by two extra nights. I also invited a friend along so they could experience it as a romantic getaway weekend break, and it truly was—wonderful to experience everything through a “rose-coloured lens.” While the resort is undeniably romantic, the real highlight for us was the ocean and beach itself. We were up early to frolic in the sea at sunrise, then we spent unhurried time strolling the shoreline, walking the beach and soaking up the calming atmosphere. We also loved popping over to a nearby beach lunch restaurant, then returning for more time in the sand. And it wasn’t just the scenery—there were also local puppies that made the whole experience feel even more special. We ended up playing with them, laughing, and getting thoroughly covered in sand, which made the days feel playful, personal, and unforgettable. Overall, Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa feels like a genuine romantic couples paradise—especially if you’re the kind of couple (or couple-at-heart) who wants your weekend to be all about ocean magic, slow beach days, and shared moments. 💗🌊🐾

The overall stay was excellent, and I’d happily return—especially for the service. A standout for me was the restaurant and bar staff, who were simply exceptional. They were attentive, warm, and consistently made the whole dining and evening experience feel polished and genuinely welcoming. That said, I do want to comment on the amenities—particularly the gym. While it is convenient to have on-site, the gym felt very small and more “masculine” in its setup. It also lacked some of the more modern, female-friendly equipment I’ve come to expect—there were no balance balls, stretching ribbons, or similar items for mobility and stretching work. The hotel’s evenings, however, were a complete highlight. There was brilliant entertainment throughout, whether it was live performances, an inviting seafood BBQ, or my favourite experience of all: watching a local artist showcase their work on the beach. His art left quite an “impression” on me, and I ended up purchasing five of his pieces 🎨🖌️🖼️ The ladies at reception also ensured my needs as a female solo traveller were fully looked after. They were thoughtful and proactive—helping me with things like zipping up the back, assisting with jewellery attachments, and of course providing brilliant “shoe advice” 👡😘💓. It was the kind of support that made me feel comfortable, cared for, and treated like a valued guest, not just another booking. Finally, I loved the shops onsite—and the jewellery loan program is such an exciting bonus. It was honestly thrilling to be able to borrow and try on statement pieces as if I were in a movie 💎💍. The whole experience made me feel like a total movie star. Overall: fantastic hospitality and standout staff—just a small note that the gym could be upgraded to feel more balanced and modern, especially for guests who like varied workout and stretching options.
