Not as I expected as 5star hotel n resort. My room has big fungi spot at d wall really not nice to see. There were not sleepers, laundry bag, floor towel,hand towels, I have to call the hotel than they delivered it to me. There were no stationary too. Breakfast just fine with small choices and there were no napkins. They only provide small square n sharing tissue box at the buffet table. Not comfort for me with toddler to go repeatedly to take tissues. The atmosphere was nice and separated with d new building

pesenin kamar buat kakek tp ntah kenapa pelayanannya kurang ramah, dikira kakek dan nenek ga pesan kamar pdhl sudah pesan dari 訂房網站.com nya dan udah konfirmasi ke pihak hotel tp gadibalas sama sekali malah bilang kakek dan nenekku g pesan kamar:))) next time mungkin pelayanannya lebih baik ya.

this hotels views are the best. but the service a little bit slow. We arrived hotel at 1.30 PM and check in, but the receptionist tell us the room not ready yet. we waiting about 1 hour and half till we can enter our room. but over all this hotel is good.
