滿足對理想民宿的一切想象🤔： 乾淨舒適像家一樣，被房東用心對待， 可以開火煮飯，冰箱裡還有好吃的， 我吃了四根綠豆棒冰⸝⸝ ᳐ʚ̴̶̷̷ ‧̫ ʚ̴̶̷̷ ᳐⸝⸝🎁 牆裂推薦！

民宿並不是很差，環境還不錯。衹是我不沒想到被褥不是酒店模式而是用不知道誰的舊的被罩床單，如果有介意的，最好是自己帶著一次性換的（因為我就是）然後這幾天福州非常的熱，我們開空調根本不製冷，熱的不行。廚房裡麵很全面，但是真的不值這個價格。還有一個很嚴重的問題，説好的三個房間，居然有一個沙發床，我…真的很無語。我本來想拍照。後來想想還是算了。短期住，不建議。

環境優美舒適，每一個角落都精心佈置，讓人感到賓至如歸，床鋪柔軟舒適，衞生間乾淨整潔，讓人身心放鬆

房間可以看到閩江，房東主動建議福州遊覽路線並提供各種方便。地理位置符合我們的要求，附近餐飲超市葯房等很接地氣。

The home is in excellent condition with all the necessities for one to live in his own home. The price is well worth it! The home is in a quiet and gated community with an easy-to-find designated place for receiving takeout and packages. There is a great, free-to-enter riverside park that runs the length of the Min River, merely 5 minutes walk away. Convenience stores and restaurants were a stroll away as well. I had no problem getting a ride using didi. Besides standard household items (e.g., hair dryer), I was generously supplied with complimentary food and beverages. The beds were very comfortable. The landlord was always one text or call away during reasonable hours of the day. WeChat was the best way to communicate. You may text the landlord specific questions/requests in basic English, which was awesome! It'd be too much to ask the landlord to be your tour guide, however. TLDR: I had a great time living here. The home was in excellent condition, secure, and exceedingly comfortable. The location was convenient and with beautiful views. The landlord was attentive and understood basic English.
