O hotel Windsor é antigo. Fiquei hospedado no 1 andar ao lado do estacionamento e ouve-se entrada dos carros. Tenho sono leve e acordei várias vezes. Isto foi chato! Há poucas tomadas no quarto. Casa de banho (WC) com banheira e secador de cabelo. Toalhas e lençóis limpos. TV funcionou bem. A localização é excelente vc consegue ir a pé para os principais pontos turísticos (teleférico, museu CR7, mercado lavradores, orla da praia). O pequeno almoço (breakfast) é ótimo. Variedade de pães, frios, sucos, cafés, frutas, ovos mexidos, bolos. O atendimento na recepção é impecável. São Muito atenciosos e gentis. É possível apanhar Aerobus ou autocarro (113), trajeto via aeroporto, direto do aeroporto para Funchal e desfrutar da vista maravilhosa do mar ao longo do caminho😃

Very sociable kind staff who talk to you like a regular friend coming in, plain rooms but nice sized windows for the fresh air, great rooftop view alllllll over the mountain and the ocean - especially lovely at night as everything is lit up. Cute bar setup aside the pool too! Good price for its perfect location and cleanliness and covering all the basics and a bit more. Good brunch cafe just across the street facing the cafe! The staff were super helpful with setting up a late checkin too.

Location was great rooms were really small and very dirty very little plug sockets to charge phone on computer you could hear the noise from the other people's rooms when the shower morning cool area was very dirty and on the peeling Hotel staff are always arguing between each other wouldn't go back
