家庭式酒店適合一家四口,室內寬敞舒適,清潔整齊,唯全自助形式,自駕遊的要提早預約安排,車位嚴重不足。

距離博多站較遠，但如果係自駕遊，則沒有大問題，酒店有停車場，但要check in時先可以預留，但據觀察，附近都有空置停車位，都算可以接受！房間空間大，衛生可以接受，只係大堂只有15:00-19:00左右有接待人士，如有突發需要聯絡，會較麻煩

飯店位置尚可，但對於多天住宿的住客相對比較不友善，首先我們這次住宿六晚，但要超過七晚才會提供清潔服務，需要更換浴巾要另外付費。住宿多天與短天數價格差異不大。有提供餐具供房客使用，不過餐具沒有清潔，上面還有油漬。另外飯店的停車也是一個問題，多日住宿的住客沒有車位可以停，反而是短天數的住客可以使用停車位，還好附近也有收費停車場可以使用。服務人員還算親切，但可能礙於公司規定無法提供我們期待的服務。

今次旅程我們是自駕遊，酒店有停車場但車位有限，登記入住的時候和前台職員說明需要車位，每晚1000日圓，登記入住的時間需要在晚上7:30前房間裡設施充足，自駕遊旅客10分便利。

飯店地理位置較不方便建議以開車適合或全程坐Uber 飯店內空間以家庭舒適夠大廁所/浴室還有共用空間都很不錯有提供計程車補助流程（機場到飯店）一間房補助一台車為限需寫email後回覆會送房間能夠提供補助時間11:00-19:30 時段以旅人都在外走行程不太會在飯店內時間限制很不方便都在外跑行程但整體還是值得推薦以空間環境價格

房間很大，很乾凈，唯一的缺點就是沒有前台，自動辦理入住，花了一點時間，對於英語不好或者不會日語的人來説有點麻煩，而且也找不到人詢問。入住前要提前和酒店發郵件要二維碼辦理入住。適合自駕，酒店停車場要預約才能使用。

家庭式自由行的居住地方有別於一般自由行要求，而A.T. Hotel 能滿足各家庭成員的需要，居住環境，設施包括詵衣/乾衣，煮食，洗浴等等都有提供，感覺非常滿意。

Location is decent, you will need at least 15-20 minutes to get to this hotel from hakata station. The room is clean, has a lot of space which is good for travelling with friends/family. And the facilities that come along with it are pretty good to function as an apartment. Customer service is terrible, during check-in there is no staff manning the desk which is fine because based on previous reviews, check-in is automated. However when the machine called the call center for check-in, the staff was extremely rude. As per the pre-registration you are supposed to submit your passport photo, i submitted the wrong photo (passport-like photo of each person) and in return during check-in, I got blasted at by the staff from whatever call center they are from. Highly unprofessional of the staff, and the staff who was calling was shouting at me the entire way, afterwards she sent me an email to submit the passport photo then hung up on me. The only saving grace from this experience was that a staff did show up in the end, and passed me the key after showing our passports to her.
