The reception guy was friendly. There are only 2 tiny paper cups and a bottle of water. The new owners need to do alot to spruce up the place. Need to fix up some power sockets on table top or more appropriate spots, not a jarring metal sticking out of the floor and expect guests to charge their phones and boil water outside toilet door. The pillow is extremely low and hard, giving a neck pain in less than half an hour. Otherwise, the place serves my need for a place to sleep overnight on route to my destination.

Nice place when you seeking hotel where close fuji san. This hotel better for driving car more than public transport and very quite.

Very old hotel, isolated place. We are the only customer of the night. Reception uncle is very kind and friendly. Equipment is old. Heater is old and required main switch from reception to work. Onsen not open due to us being the only customer.

Looks old but very clean. Quiet and isolated place so it might be a bit scary to walk back to the hotel at night (needed to use taxi). Receptionist was friendly and polite. Great stay!
