Initially the welcome was warm. We were given our key card and proceeded to unpack our clothes in our room. As we returned from dinner, we settled in to sleep. My girlfriend had an awful night coughing and could not sleep. It was only when I switched on the light to attend to her when I noticed that her pillow case was entirely stained with black spores resembling to mould. The smell was horrific. This was reported to the reception immediately. They were hesitant to relocate us with a different room and after photos were shown of the condition of the pillow case and my girlfriends face which had an allergic reaction, they duly obliged and agreed to refund 100% our stay.

Lovely clean and spacious room overlooking the pool with a side sea view. The kitchen area had all the necessities - crockery, cutlery (including sharp knives), pots, pans, chopping board, toaster, kettle, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave etc. The bathroom had little shower gel and shampoo bottles as well as soap. The hotel facilities were excellent - pool area is well maintained, plenty of sun beds and the pool bar well stocked. Receptionists were pleasant and helpful. Can’t fault the place! We didn’t use the hotel restaurant at all (plenty of local spots nearby).
