I realised within 5 seconds of booking that I had gotten the date wrong by 1 day. I contacted 訂房網站.con and the hotel before I even received the confirmation email and they refused to do anything to help, basically stealing my money in the process.
I will never use another IBIS hotel as long as I live, they have lost me as a customer forever
