1，這個類似國內的青年旅社，絕對不是賓館的配置。 2，面積非常小，房間內放了個大床後衹能放下一個床頭櫃。也沒有放行李箱的櫃子。 3，酒店非常吵，2樓的酒吧震耳的音樂要到晚上10點停止，我住3樓，4樓7點開始餐廳開始工作，天天發出像洗衣機的噪音。另外一面的房間外面在修路。從早上8點到6點一直有沖擊鑽在響。 4，清潔清潔非常差，圖片是吹風機的電網上的灰都積到這種地步了。 5，用熱水壺煮出的水是一直有灰的。換了個水壺還是有灰。 6，床上用品是 3-4天換一次，不是每天都換。 7，大門沒有貓眼，完全沒有辦法知道外面是誰在敲門。有安全隱患。 8，酒店早餐挺豐富的。 9，窗簾拉不全，早上有光會透出來，容易早醒。

酒店位置優越，步行5-7分鐘能到達採爾大街，巴士站和地鐵站也能步行到達，超巿和dm離酒店很近，方便採購。房間乾淨，空間大，提供水、咖啡和茶包，以及拖鞋和一次性物品，舒適感滿分。員工待人有禮，入住時房卡無法使用，下去找他們馬上幫我們更換及處理好了，隨後外出回來後也無法使用，他們幫我們換了另一間房間，送了我們免費早餐，早餐選擇類型多、味道出色。

Horrible experience. Leftover food rotten in the room and what was worse is one of the management staff tried to shift the blame on us. When found the rotting food with another staff member, a mere compensation of buffet for dinner at their restaurant was offered. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly though.

Hotel location was well-located with several restaurants nearby, a supermarket around 3mins walk away, and around 10mins walk away from Frankfurt Cathedral. The room was spacious, well-furnished with the necessary amenities & toiletries. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable, and the aircon & wifi connection is good too. There is elevator and carpark in this hotel as well. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, upon our arrival there were quite a few groups of people waiting to check-in. As there were only 2 check-in personnel at the front desk, we had to wait around 15mins for check-in. Aside from that, we had an overall pleasant stay.

全五分！！位置絕了！出門直走200米右轉是採爾大街！離羅馬廣場，大教堂，鐵橋都非常近！早餐很豐盛！堅果特別多！有電熱水壺和拖鞋，還有牙刷！！太驚喜了！房間隔音也很好，睡得很舒服！就是入住的時候，服務員好像查不到訂單，問我要訂單……幸好打出來了給他看，後來順利辦理了入住。不曉得是代理商還是酒店問題，希望以後溝通準備再仔細一點。

再次住回avani，這次前台換了人，態度非常好。退房的時候很早，前台工作人員也比較禮貌。選擇這裡是因為去逛市場逛商場逛超市實在是太方便了。酒店對面公共停車場摸清楚路以後其實非常方便。還是很推薦這裡

모든것이 만족스러운 호텔이네요. 위치도 좋구여조식 식사도 좋습니다. 특히 베게가 높낮이 차이가 나는게 있어서 더욱 좋네요. 다음 출장때도 방문하려고 합니다.
