法蘭克福展會Trip Inn歌德酒店 (Trip Inn Goethe Hotel Messe Frankfurt)

I stayed 5 nights in the hotel. The reception caught three times necessary parcel for me. They have an interesting restaurant which I didn t joined. Daily breakfast with cheese, rolls, scrumbling eggs, coffee and tea. It is a little bit away from the center so a car or the Bus System is necessary for excursions. The rooms are clean and pretty, TV works. Relaxing time before departing

I was stolen in the hotel’s room!!!!! 我在酒店房間被偷了!!!! I check in at 20:00 PM, i have two wallets, one is in my carry on bag, the other is in my luggage, i open my luggage and put my carry on bag at hotel’ room, then go for dinner at hotel’ restaurant with my friend, I come back at 22:00PM, because I have to leave at 5:00 AM early Monday, I fall asleep at 10: 30 PM, I didn’t check my wallets again. The next morning I go to airport directly, I found my wallets empty, both in carry on bag and luggage, I contact with crip, they request hotel check monitoring. at beginning, hotel said they already check monitoring, nobody came into my room during my off time, when I ask them offer monitoring, they said only policeman have authority to check it. After I told them we report to policeman and will check the monitoring after I back to Germany, they said they have no monitoring! It is normal to lose here hotel. I told reception my flight time is 7:00 AM, they told me I should leave at 4:00 AM, at 4:00 AM I receive a calling from a Germany number which I feel strange, I didn’t know any German who have my Asia number and call me so early, just registered it when I check in. Now I think I know the reason. I am a single travel woman, Germany is my first stop, I am so scared when and how they came into my room? If I stay at room what will be happen? I don’t want to describe how a bad room it is, just remind all if you don’t care about your money or your safety, order it. Crip doesn’t have any solution after it happened, even can’t let hotel give a reply not to say offer monitoring. It was really a terrible experience! 我只是把包和行李放在房間，在酒店餐廳吃飯的一會時間，錢就被偷走了，我是獨自旅行的女性，明顯是酒店內部作案。事情發生後我要求訂房網站聯繫酒店查走廊監控，一開始說查過沒有人進入，然後說只有警察有權利看監控，得知我報警以後再說沒有監控。全程沒有任何積極配合的態度。 酒店的人可以隨意進入顧客房間拿走貴重物品，平台對此也束手無策，這樣的酒店還繼續放在平台上吸引下一個顧客，這讓我非常震驚。

Das Hotel ist an sich sehr sauber, die Betten aber etwas klein und hat keine besondere Ausstattung. Dafür ist man aber direkt am Rebstockgelände.

展會期間入住，價格是高得很，但是遠離城市很安靜 分成幾棟小樓，不是在一棟高樓裡 距離公交車站大概十分鐘路程，還算可以，開車就方便多了

房間還不錯，比較寬敞，早餐很豐盛

I have leg problem and I should be in another building and too hot , Katherine a very nice lady change my room but took over 1.5 hours but Iam satisfied no need for elevator infront of of my room is nice place to relax. Perfect air condition. Perfect breakfast for assorted selection . Easy to deal with the bus going anywhere. Aldi is just for to walk 15 minutes as I have leg problem. Tram is just on the way to go to Nord Zentrum just walk and turn left and straight ahead passing Aldi but if you use a day pass €7.50 until next day can use until 5:00 am I will highly recommended and 100% coming back and stay more days . Thanks.

Room 207, a/c available, fridge, quiet room, big enough for one person, 24/7 check in, supermarket 5'min, tram 7'min, bus 2'min

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are wide and clean. Location is perfect
