Great location. Ease of access from tourist spots. Was welcomed by Tsolmon as we arrived early. He helped and offered to set our luggage aside while we went for breakfast and sightseeing. Breakfast was lovely with wide selections and there’s gym too.

酒店集團經營，每三天清潔一次。房間整體滿意。可借酒店位置於法蘭克福火車站區，這區治安比我想像的差很多，我以為早上比較安全，但早上也有**者在街上聚集，真的很危險！要繞道外圍大馬路行，下次不會再來此區了！

設施良好，乾乾淨淨，企企理理。服務幾好，但係中間有啲小意外發生，酒店職員嘅態度令到有啲改觀，內部溝通不良，將過錯推咗落客人上面。除咗呢個意外，其他我會覺得佢超好。酒店後面嗰條街超多流浪漢但係，但係佢真係幾近火車站，側邊都有幾多嘢食。

It is near the metro station. Hotel is quite new. If you take metro, then it is convenient. And they replied email so fast. However, there are a lot of drug abuser gathered outside the hotel. Watch out your wallet. They always came and asked for the money or cigarettes. And the hotel is green eco hotel. I have lived for two nights. They did not make up the bed , change the towels , rubbish bin, tea bags and water unless you request. I did not know it and no one told me when I checked in. Until I came back to the room, I called the receptionist. They just sent me the new towels and water. No tea bag or coffee are refilled.

very close to the office, easy to reach out. room cleaniness is great, the housekeep team even helped me to organize my makeup products in the toilet without any confusion, which i appreciate a lot. the team is also very friendly. the window is sound-proof, very quite room
