前台服務相當不錯，也非常友善 酒店房間內的設備也不錯，環境也新淨企理 酒店房間都幾光猛，空間都夠大比一個人住 不過酒店附近的治安是十分之差，非常多流浪漢、食**的人、危險人士出沒 而且酒店後一條街全部都是*** 即使一個男生在白天出入酒店也感到非常不安全 如果是女生的話一定要考慮清楚，因為真係好危險

不值得推薦，房間比較暗衹有2/3個黃燈。裝修暗色，後面是***，距離火車站不遠。住一晚過渡還是可以的。這家的到店付款稅金退款超級久。下次不會再訂。説是有廚房，其實衹有一個冰箱。

酒店距火車總站只有400米，一站黿車可到Messe。酒店裝修非常有風格，大堂可躺可坐及歺廳早歺豐富。房間也很窩心，冰箱有免費六支包括啤酒贈飲。還有設計師包包供帶出街釆購物品用。每日清潔浴室後，都同樣角度放置白毛巾墊在淋浴室中央。管理到位。

The hotel is well-designed with eccentric taste. It's lively, vibrant, lifestyle-oriented and has a strong sense of community. When I was there, there was a speed dating event which sound fun. The Bar Shuka has a cool vibe. The staff are super helpful and lovely. There is a sauna in the rooftop that is free for hotel guests. However, if you are looking for practical comfort, this might not be an ideal place. Next to the hotel is a club, so it could be quite noisy at night. The location is convenient and quite central. If you are a female solo traveller, please note that around Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, it's not a pleasant area. There are many homeless people in this neighborhood. Most of the time, they won't bother you, but if you travel late at night, it's best to be cautious. Overall, it was a good experience for me.

The location isn't great in terms of safety but that's not the hotels fault. The area is quite a shock when you step off the train. Once in the hotel, you can't fault it though. Had a fantastic stay!
