燈塔度假勝地：套房賓館 (The Lighthouse Resort Inn & Suites)

When i made the reservation I asked if they had elevators the answer was yes. When I got there everything was really messed up as far as the condition of the property. It had no vending machines that worked and didn’t seem to care. No breakfast served. the room had excavators working outside the window and patio areas. Very loud and dusty. The floor in the room was dirty. After i walked on it once my feet were dirty.  This is not what i expected at all for what the rates were. I asked for a refund and to leave but they wouldn’t give my money back. They sent me an email days later saying it would be refunded but as of over a week later no ready.

We were not aware that the elevator didn’t work and our room was on the 3rd floor. Climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage is not easy. Not to mention that you have to take your ice bucket down to the bar for ice and then climb back up to take to your room. The room did not have any facial tissues and even though the unit had a kitchenette there was not towel to dry dishes with. It would have been nice to know at the time of booking or checking that work was being done on the thatched roof that covered the big bar because they started working 8 a.m! This location is close to Times Square but the condition of the place needs to be addressed and not just making the bar bigger or more party friendly.

Good hotel by the beach and very pets friendly, Very convenient in hotels have Tiki bar and restaurants pool a lot of parking very happy gonna book again 🥰

Mi estancia en el hotel fue muy buena ya que tiene una ubicación muy cerca de la playa y el hotel en general nos gustó mucho las habitaciones amplias y equipadas con los utensilios de cocina,el tiki Bar con muchas opciones para disfrutar
