Wij verbleven één nacht in Kimpton Shorebreak en het was van begin tot eind een fantastische ervaring. Al bij aankomst voelden we ons meteen welkom: het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en professioneel. De check-in verliep vlot en warm, met duidelijke uitleg over de faciliteiten.

首先聲明絕對沒有種族歧視，但是當我凌晨三點飛了十幾個小時check in，走進店裡問唯一的黑人店員“Hi, where is the reception?”，對方竟然回了我一句“I’m the only one here, are you blind?”，把我都震驚了，去過這麼多國家，第一次感受到了佛州人民的“好客”。雖然最後這個店員給我道歉了，也吐苦水説自己總被安排晚班，都沒辦法回去陪孩子，所以心情很差（和我聊了很久），但是第一印象仍然刷新我三觀，最後我還是給了小費。不過其他員工都還不錯，大部分都是少數族裔，交通也挺方便的，總之非常“奇特”的入住體驗

我訂的小房型，但空間感覺很好不顯小，乾淨衞生，服務熱情，酒店環境舒適愜意，距離海灘很近，出行方便。下次來還會選擇入住。很贊！

Amazing location, the staff were incredibly kind and considerate, rooftop pool was amazing - had dj and great food/ drinks. Not a huge hotel so easy to get around quickly. Lovely place to do yoga in am and unlimited bottle water in gym - 1 block from beach - would definitely go back and recommend to other

本來因為之前住了曼谷和蘇州兩家金普頓，印象極佳，這回到美國旅行連著訂了幾家同品牌酒店，沒想到第一家就踩雷了，急忙把後面訂的金普頓同品牌酒店都退了。主要問題是房間極為侷促，連攤開一個行李箱的空間都沒有。換了兩間房都是如此。裝修雖新，卻很粗糙廉價。衞生間水壓很小，洗個澡也不暢快，唉，真心是敗壞了金普頓這個新品牌的口碑。還好衹住一個晚上，第二天一早趕快退房走人。

Nice hotel with a boutique vibe. Fantastic location within a few minutes walking distance to the beach. Had a ground floor room, no view and noisy due to other guests walking by and talking loud late at night. Would stay again if I needed a pre-cruise hotel. Rooftop pool was a nice surprise.

I took my daughter on a mother daughter 訂房網站. We stayed only 1 night. The hotel staff went above and beyond. They were so incredibly helpful! They allowed us to check in early the day we arrived and even allowed a late checkout the following day! They were so helpful getting the free bike rental, even brought a toothbrush to my room when I realized I had forgotten mine. Amazing staff. This hotel was cute, very close to the beach and not to far to get to shops. We didn't have a carso we walked or rode bikes everywhere. It's an older hotel, the floors have not been updat, but the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
