因航班變動導致訂了機場附近的這家酒店，房間設施早餐都很好👍服務人員態度太差了，酒店有巴士接送，打電話到酒店詢問沒有耐心直接掛掉，我們自行攔車到了酒店辦理入住的是那個接電話的，很不友好！這裡説西班牙語的多，英語不好的溝通費勁啊！給他們翻譯字幕還嫌棄字太小了看不懂👎

I strenuously DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Totally unaccommodative, extremely condescending and antagonistic! No first come first serve basis! I came first but the impertinent young man at the front told me to wait 10 minutes; but ended up checking in everyone in the queue and attending to me last! Asked for a quiet room and he gave me a room plunged in the middle of the noisiest hallway facing the boisterous main road! The manager told me to wait till 3pm, the official check in time before he would assign me a decent room of my choice. The rooms are only separated by a piece of board; hence you can hear your neighbours thumping and banging away! Do not stay here! It’s a nightmare.

Prima ligging vlakbij de airport, gratis parkeren. We kwamen laat aan en moesten de volgende ochtend vroeg vertrekken. Toen we de kamer betraden, zat er iemand binnen in te slapen. Bleek later dat deze persoon eigenlijk een andere kamer had. Maar op ene wonderbaarlijke wijze onze kamer in kon. We kregen een andere kamer, deze had zelfs meerdere inwoners. Er liepen hele kleine beestjes op de kast plank. Had geen idee wat voor inktsecten het waren... maar we eisten een andere kamer. De 3de kamer stonk enorm, er kwam een medewerker ruiken. Hij gaf ons groot gelijk. De 4de kamer was wel ok. Niet super schoon, onder de matras gekeken. Zat hier en daar wat vuil, maar geen beestjes... Beetje shabby hotel, maar voelde me wel veilig. Onbijt was ok voor de prijs van de hotel.

The location is good if you know the area to Uber or if you have a rental. Not much around except for the small ***** mall across the street. Room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were very nice. Amenities were also nice and clean. Free breakfast, free shuttle to and from airport which was great. The pool and the gym were also clean. Cons: I chose a double queen bed but it was unavailable when I checked in so I was given a King with a sleeper sofa that didn’t work. I was told that this is the issue when booking through a third party service like ******* etc., I was traveling with my little boy so this wasn’t an issue but if I was with the whole family this would have been a major problem. At the end I was offered a refund and a new hotel elsewhere but I declined.

Unfortunately bad experience First there were no internet for the whole stay one night, but what makes me disappointed is that the manager is confirming that the guy will come to fix it which never come Location was good for one night close to FL airport Breakfast was good as well
