康斯坦斯酒店 (The Constance Fortitude Valley)

這個酒店很差，房間很髒，到處都是灰塵，垃圾桶的垃圾沒人倒，更離譜的是打掃完房間門不關，我們回到酒店發現門竟然是開著的，真是過分！

Had a great stay at this hotel.  Location was perfect and the bed and pillows were amazing Will definitely stay there again

We weren't happy with the first room but they were more than happy to accommodate a room change. Very happy with where we stayed.

Great place to stay, I loved the quirkiness of the decor. The reception service was friendly and helpful. Parking is available, though not connected to the hotel.

Location. Staff. Room and price. All faultless

The hotel is ok, unfortunately the rooms are quite small, ok for an overnight but not for an extended stay.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay until thhe day before I checked out when someone from reception entered the room (while I was in there) under the impression that I was supposed to have checked out. It was probably a simple mistake, which while invasive is also understandable. No apology, but they are mostly meaningless anyway and it probably wasn't the fault of the person who entered the room. Hadbit ended there I wouldn't have mentioned it, but the same thing happened again when despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door housekeeping also entered the room also under the mistaken impression that I had checked out. I called reception after the second incident and was put on hold for 18 minutes before they eventually tried to put the blame on housekeeping (and repeatedly got my name wrong, which I wouldn't have cared about if it weren't for the being on hold and the weasily attempt to put what was clearly a reception error on the housekeeping staff). The whole incident left a lingering bad impression, which is unfortunate after an otherwise very pleasant and uneventful stay.

Clean and tidy. Fantastic service. Within walking distance of everything we needed!

Best place to be when in Brisbane. Close to clubs and entertainment area. Loved it

This accommodation was in a spectacularly convenient location for a GIG that I was attending this week. The Team on-site were incredibly helpful. I had a small issue when I got there with the fridge not working and it had 訂房網站ped the breaker; the maintenance guy came and sorted it out and then replaced the mini fridge thing for me as well. All within 30 minutes. Amazing. He also offered tips to assist with making the most out of the aircon and the double-glazing which was also super helpful so I could get a good nights sleep afterward. The place was nice & clean and tidy with an exceptionally large sized bed. It was surprisingly quiet being right beside an active pub as well. Unless I was in the hallway, I couldn't hear a thing. I could hear my neighbours though...! Beautiful artwork through the building, and the hallways didn't smell awful either. They had cool little work nooks in the stairwells you could use if you wish and I think I saw some business suites on the 1st floor you could use for meetings. Not so amazing parts: There was clearly mould in some areas in bathroom areas.. they oddly have glass doors on the toilets?? that's strange. No ventilation in the bathroom to prevent the mould too. The air-conditioning was genuinely effective but it was clearly not well maintained as there was dust & mould forming around the vent and the roof section where the duct was, had starting bowing. Booking process via 訂房網站 - not great. The information provided by the website indicated they'd hold the amount of the booking but we had to pay the amount AT the hotel plus a deposit fee for incidentals...(on top of the amount they already took). That was actually not the case... I didn't have to give them anything at all except ID and verify my general details. When I got there, the nice man at reception told me I was all good to go and no extra fees or holds were required. All in all, a good stay. The place could use some extra love and attention to detail but for the price I paid? I'm not bothered.
