德拉維爾酒店 (Hotel De La Ville)

訂酒店看評分不是很高時還有些猶豫，但因為位置好還是訂了這家酒店，沒想到出乎意料的好。位置好，去哪裡都很近，服務人員都很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，設備設施也沒有破損陳舊的感覺。西式早餐豐富，中國胃能吃飽。

The cleaning lady is very kind and tidies the room in a very professional and careful way. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. One thing really upset me: when I left my luggage for storage, they randomly stuck stickers on the handle of my suitcase! 保潔女士人很好，整理房間特別專業細心。酒店設施老舊。有一點讓我生氣，寄存行李時往我的行李把手上亂貼貼紙！！！ La signora delle pulizie è molto gentile e sistema la stanza in modo davvero professionale e accurato. Le strutture dell’hotel sono però un po’ datate. Una cosa mi ha fatto arrabbiare: quando ho lasciato i bagagli in deposito, hanno attaccato adesivi a caso sul manico della mia valigia!

Camera obsoleta, molta polvere soprattutto sugli zoccoletti delle pareti, lenzuola del letto che strusciavano per terra ed ovviamente poco igienico perché era facile salirci sopra anche con le scarpe. Televisione scomoda da guardare. Solo due bottigliette di acqua in frigo, nessun bollitore …bagno con maioliche rotte, vasca con doccia con doccetta sulla parte non piana della vasca, quindi molto pericoloso e scomodo, bidet attaccato allo scopino della tazza dove è impossibile non scontrarsi con il ginocchio, telecomando e luce guasta. Malgrado abbia scritto di volere una stanza silenziosa, non mi hanno informata  che alle 05.50 circa della mattina avrebbero pulito le strade, ovviamente non di loro competenza ma per cortesia avrebbero potuto evidenziare questa cosa. Inizio delle pulizie delle camere circostanti con aspirapolvere e carrelli intorno le ore 08.00.  Colazione abbastanza soddisfacente anche se mi aspettavo più varietà di cose salate, poca varietà di cornetti, tostapane  probabilmente da sostituire non tostava bene. Diciamo che non suggerirei questo albergo ai miei amici e colleghi ! Mi dispiace inoltre del mancato intervento da parte del Direttore, li presente, di scuse o quant’altro per quanto avvenuto …….. pazienza, probabilmente per lui la soddisfazione di un suo Cliente, non è importante lo è di più controllare sulla carta la situazione delle entrate e delle uscite dei Clienti….

Excellent location. Very good service. Rooms good. Could have provided coffee/tea making facilities although offered a kettle but for a charge- unreasonable  Charge for water in the room again unreasonable Breakfast adequate and again charge for additional items like omelettes - unreasonable  Cost on the high side but not surprising in view of location and season.

訂了房間到酒店跟顧客説沒房間了，未經告知和允許的情況下私自把顧客換到星級更低的酒店，史上最差酒店體驗

酒店位置很方便，從車站步行十分鐘左右，早餐也不錯，每天的咖啡和奶酪很好吃

The location of the hotel is great. However, muddy water came out of the bathtub, shower and sink during the night while taking a bath. We had to fill and empty the bathtub several times. After waiting for an hour, the water was still muddy, so we went to the front desk to ask for help. A hotel staff member came to check the water. He was surprised to see the muddy water and told us to wait and that he would come back soon. However, we waited for more than an hour, but no one came. It was 11 o'clock, and there was no contact or confirmation, so we had no choice but to sleep. Then, in the middle of the night, we were bothered by mosquitoes. We killed three of them. It was the worst night. In the morning, we contacted the hotel about this, but there was no response. We left with a bad impression of our first time in Florence, but we felt uneasy about the customer service. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, so it's a disappointment.

位置非常好，去幾個景點都非常方便，衞生間很大，乾淨。

Прекрасный отель с прекрасным расположением и завтраками. Рукой подать до вокзала и до большинства главных достопримечательностей

房間很乾凈，酒店外面環境很不錯。走路到核心景點都在15分鐘之內。
